Founder & CEO


Our vision at Moto Moto Kitchen is to help the average working American families prepare quick meals despite their busy schedule, sharing recipes and marketing our unique products as we  test pilot into the market.

 The current American lifestyle navigates and juggles between multiple responsibilities and obligations such as parenting and investing in our children’s extra curricular activities. We are forced to value time and maximize every minute we have to accomplish… each task. The NEED to have the knowledge and willpower to fix a quick healthy meal while accomplishing your daily tasks is a must.

 IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD. Not only will we focus on the average family as a whole, but we will invest our time on our future leaders of tomorrow by empowering our youth to become productive by engaging them in cooking classes and community volunteering programs to inspire them. TOGETHER WE CAN DO IT!!!

our Approach


Pretty Simple Cooking is our philosophy on cooking and eating well. It’s a movement away from overthinking home cooking and towards a “just jump in” approach. Food can be both pretty (delicious and beautiful) and simple (approachable and nourishing). Cooking food from scratch at home isn’t easy, but can be pretty simple once you rethink the way you approach the kitchen.

There's something both comforting and alluring about Moto Moto food. Its  perfect balance of spices teamed up with fresh, simple ingredients provides a burst of flavor that conjures images of the Green Land of Kenya and the spices that have been grown there for years.

Our Chapatis


Chapatis are a staple in every kitchen in Kenya. They are a type of Kenyan flatbread that is enjoyed with savoury curries. Traditionally, the dough for chapatis is kneaded with water, salt and wheat flour. This is the usual method in most households, however, many people still struggle to make soft chapatis. At Moto Moto Kitchen, we bring to you the softest and freshest Chapatis you can find.  And did you know that you can also preserve chapatis for as long as a year? 

To make soft Chapatis, we ensure that they trap enough moisture inside them even after the cooking process is complete.
